The Context

After it’s first public events, many venues and organisers had been reaching out to -45dB, looking at ways to partner with the team and utilise it’s sound-reduction innovations.

London’s Excel venue has been at the forefront of large-scale events and exhibitions since 2000. They gave us the exciting opportunity of being able to display -45dB’s sound-reducing modular solutions at their ‘Sustainability Partnership Showcase’, an event promoting their recommended suppliers to clients.

The Opportunity

Excel London gave -45dB the opportunity to give their own clients to view (and hear) a modular sound-reduced room and meeting pod in-person. Whilst also showcasing it’s new partnership with the venue and sustainable features.

The Results

-45dB presented its sound-reducing modular rooms and meeting pods, allowing attendees to experience these solutions firsthand. The display seamlessly integrated into the venue using a custom design and color scheme, while also emphasizing the sustainability features of the modular systems. This partnership further solidified -45dB's growing presence in the event and exhibition industry.

Sustainability

Allowed guests to learn about the sustainability features of -45dB's modular rooms and meeting pods in-person, whilst experiencing the solutions themselves.

Seamless Design

Using a bespoke colour palette and design, the modular room was able to seamlessly fit within the event, looking like a permanent part of the venue.
